Episode 131: Donkey Kong Country 2: Diddy's Kong Quest - Retro Rewind

This week Craig and Dave play the better/worse pirate themed game of the past few weeks.

Yes! Donkey Kong Country 2: Diddy's Kong Quest. Or as Dave likes to say Diddy Kong's Quest! Released in 1995 this platformer has swappable characters, lovely looking graphics, fantastic music and the BEST transformations of any game.

Episode 130: Monkey Island 2: LeChuck's Revenge - Retro Rewind

Craig makes Dave play ANOTHER adventure game in the hopes that one day he will come round to liking them. And what a resounding failure this was.

Craig gushes, Dave is in audible agony. Makes for interesting listening!

Welcome to part 2 of SOTN! In this episode we just ramble on a bit more about how great the game is... we try to pick out some flaws or dislikes, and Dave finally get's Craig to quote the game in the introductions, almost!

As promised here is where you will find Iain's blog on SOTN! Thanks again for the pick dude!

No need to listen folks, this is a great game. Trust us!

This on the rails shooter sees us pick up our keyboards as our weapons of choice in the House of the Dead spin-off series that really gets your heart racing! Craig and Dave find out very quickly as well that there aint a lot to talk about here and so go off topic in tremendous style. As I said above, no need to listen, just play this classic!
